Jr. Account Executive

Cummings Creative Group is hiring a Jr. Account Executive to join our team. The Jr. Account Executive must be goal oriented, extremely organized, proactive, and efficient in managing short-term and long-term responsibilities. He/She is responsible for developing marketing plans and budget reports, project management, proofing/testing, communicating with internal departments and ensuring consistency with client strategy, commitments and goals. The Jr. AE is a self-starter who goes above and beyond to ensure client relationships are maintained and managed in a positive way.

Job Description:

  • Manage client relationships by building rapport, providing customer service, managing daily requests, and overseeing client projects. The Jr. AE should be accountable for learning client's internal systems & external systems controlled by CCG, which includes testing and reviewing what we send to clients.
  • Assist in the sales process by sitting in on client presentations, building an understanding of client needs and surfacing opportunities for future projects or growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for clients and the organization by managing the execution of projects and solutions. Complete all project documentation including working in CCG’s project management system and other programs. Create, monitor, and maintain deadlines as well as budgets.
  • Responsible for items related to a client’s project or advertising program including media purchases and media coordination, order entry, client research and opportunity, creative instructions, facilitating proofs and edits, facilitating vendor quotes and proofreading all client materials including emails, notes, project documentation, and advertising/media materials.
  • Facilitate problem resolution, through communication of requests and unresolved issues. Provide clients prompt responses and follow up on status of resolution(s) in a timely manner. Provide clients with possible immediate and long-term solutions.

Performance feedback will be gathered from:

  • Manager observation
  • Client mistakes and credits
  • Feedback from internal partners
  • Feedback from clients

*Full-time employment is contingent on a 3 month trial period and a performance review following.
