VIVA Health wanted to bring Medicare Advantage enrollment fully into their own ecosystem rather than sending users to third-party vendor tools. CCG partnered with VIVA to design and build a direct-to-consumer public enrollment platform that preserved brand trust, reduced friction, and supported strict CMS and HIPAA requirements.

Simplified the Flow: Reduced enrollment from 10 steps to 4 with clearer bucketing and progress guidance.
Built in Help + Lead Capture: Added guidance (ex: Medicare number finder) and an early opt-in “request contact” section to capture leads even when users didn’t finish.
Connected the Backend: Integrated enrollment data into TriZetto and VIVA’s agent ecosystem for smoother processing.
