His approach is rooted in building meaningful relationships, aligning client needs with creative solutions, and unlocking strategic growth opportunities.
Steven’s path to CCG has been shaped by a dynamic mix of agency, brand-side, and startup experience. He’s launched and sold small businesses, built and scaled sales teams, and helped reposition creative tech agencies for long-term success. Prior to joining CCG, he led growth and partnerships at Southern Made, where he crafted immersive digital activations for national brands.
