Tyler Sims

Software Developer

Tyler Sims

Tyler is a sharp and adaptable software developer at CCG, focused on bringing web applications to life with precision and clarity. In his role, he’s responsible for implementing client-driven features with technical accuracy, making sure every detail reflects the intended experience.

Before joining CCG, Tyler honed his skills in game development and military training simulation work. These experiences shaped his approach to software: creative, performance-driven, and grounded in real-world application. He brings strong foundational programming skills to the team and thrives when navigating unfamiliar tech stacks or languages.

A graduate of Full Sail University with a B.S. in Game Design, Tyler has already made notable contributions in his field, including helping secure $1.5 million in contract work and earning top recognition in a game design competition. One of his proudest achievements is seeing a game he developed turned into a physical arcade cabinet.

At CCG, Tyler values the mentorship and collaborative spirit that fuel his continued growth as a developer. When he’s not writing code, he enjoys spending time with his family, working on personal game projects in Unity, and refining his skills in woodworking.
