Montana Merkle

Montana is a software developer at CCG who focuses on building clean, efficient web applications that solve real client challenges. Working primarily with ASP.NET Core (MVC), she contributes to application development, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical documentation, with an emphasis on scalable, well-structured solutions.

Montana joined CCG full-time after completing a five-month internship with the Interactive team, where she quickly learned the agency’s software stack and began contributing to client work early on. Her background as a former Division I student-athlete and team captain shaped her strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.

She brings a fast learning ability, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude to every project. Montana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Alabama, where she was recognized as Outstanding Senior in Computer Science. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through soccer, hiking, and pickleball, and reading fantasy novels.
