Director of Software Development

Ryan Bradley

Ryan brings extensive software development and leadership experience to his role as leader of software development at CCG, guiding the delivery of complex, enterprise-grade solutions. His work centers on building, managing, and modernizing software systems in highly regulated industries, including banking and healthcare.

Ryan stepped into leadership early in his career and has primarily worked with systems that manage protected information, including PHI, PCI, and PII data. He partners closely with product, engineering, and client teams to improve software quality, delivery processes, and platform reliability, with a strong emphasis on security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Throughout his career, Ryan has served as a product owner, solutions consultant, software architect, engineer, database engineer, and data analyst, giving him a strong end-to-end perspective on the software lifecycle. He is passionate about helping organizations clarify business needs and translate them into effective, secure solutions, including healthcare-related products where protecting sensitive data is essential.

Ryan is particularly effective in situations where software products or processes need to be stabilized or transformed. One of his most rewarding experiences involved helping turn around a struggling enterprise software product by improving development and deployment practices and establishing a user advisory group that converted frustrated customers into engaged partners.

Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Outside of work, he is a father of three boys and enjoys traveling with his wife, participating in church activities, and flying.
